I still live in the small town in Manchester, Uk, where I was born, raised and attended school. Now a wife and mother, I live with my husband and 6 children. We also have a small menagerie of animals including a bully pup (who's also my shadow).
I've always loved the underdog, the fighter. But let's face it, we all want to believe in a happily ever after. As a huge fan of books (book nerd is the endearing term, my children use). I have an immense romance collection (Jill Shalvis, Hannah Howell etc) which also includes paranormal romance (Lynsey Sands, Christine Feehan, JR Ward etc). If I'm not writing, I've got my head stuck in a good book.
You can't beat reading, watching the plot and characters come to life in your imagination. It's so much better than television. When I was younger, I tended to re-write books and fairy-tales where I wasn't completely happy with the ending. It confused the hell out of my children once they learned to read. None of the books matched the stories I'd read them growing up.
I had a varied career including Admin, Customer Service, and Teaching unemployed adults IT and customer service skills. Until I became ill a few years ago, and I'm now at home full time, classed as disabled (neuro fog can make life, and writing fun sometimes). So instead of feeling sorry for myself I decided it was time I started to do something I love with my life. So I began to write my own stories, it keeps my mind active and is fun, and I now ready to share.
'm happy to receive feedback about my books (stories) either on here:
or via e-mail:- email@example.com
I don't have a website yet but watch this space

There have been many times that I have opened this book and closed it again, as I was never sure it would be received well in the book community, but then I thought I am writing this for me, and doing something I always wanted to do.
This book is based on true of events in my own life, so it has in some form been therapeutic to write. Words have a way of healing someone, so I will carry on writing, included events that have happened and taking you all on a journey with me.
I have been involved in the indie community for a number of years and have always loved how everyone comes together in support of each other.
I love writing and reading, living life with my family, and always coming up with new ideas and putting then in to practice.
I hope you all will carry on this journey with me.
D.A Lascelles is a former clinical scientist turned teacher. He writes in his spare time and his first short story, Gods of the Sea, was originally published in Pirates and Swashbucklers Anthology by Pulp Empires (pulpempire.com/mag/). His novella Transitions, a paranormal romance novella, was later released by Mundania Press (www.mundania.com/) and he has also released a collection of short stories under the title Lurking Miscellany.
Reports of a Blur/Oasis style rivalry between himself and R.A Smith are always hotly denied as are the almost non-existent rumours that they are one and the same person. They have on a number of occasions been seen standing next to one another at Steampunk fairs which proves both theories wrong. He is also, despite claims made by his students, neither Australian, Hungarian, John Travolta nor Chucky from Child’s Play.
Elizabeth Morgan is a multi-published author of urban fantasy, paranormal, erotic horror, f/f, and contemporary; all with a degree of romance, a dose of action and a hit of sarcasm, sizzle or blood, but you can be sure that no matter what the genre, Elizabeth always manages to give a unique and often humorous spin to her stories.
Like her tagline says; A pick ‘n’ mix genre author. “I’m not greedy. I just like variety.”
And that she does.
Away from the computer, Elizabeth can be found in the garden trying hard not to kill her plants, dancing around her little cottage with the radio on while she cleans, watching movies or good television programmes – Dr Who? Atlantis? The Musketeers? Poldark? American Horror Story? Heck, yes! – Or curled up with her two cats reading a book.
"I'm a hopeless romantic with a dark side. Be warned, I may give my characters their Happily Ever After, but I make them work hard for it!"
Laura is a self-confessed computer and gadget geek. She has always had a wild imagination and a sense of creativity that often runs away with her, engrossing her for days in many a story that haunts her thoughts until it eventually makes it to the page. An avid rock music fan, Laura spends most of her free time listening to music at home or going to concerts with her friends, and this love of music often makes its way into her creative writing.
